2 Post Lifts

What is a two post lift?

A 2post lift is a vehicle lift, consisting of 2 posts with a hydraulic lift mechanism, which allows the mechanic to lift a car or van to a height at which the user can work underneath. A safety lock mechanism is employed within the posts of the two post lift to work in complete safety. With a Redmount 2 post lift this lock mechanism can be either manual lock or electrical lock, both available in either 3.2T lift  or 4T lift version.

Advantages of 2 post lifts:

With a two post lift the user has complete access to the underside of the vehicle being lifted. The lift can be raised and stopped at any height from ground to maximum (1.9M for Redmount 2-post lifts). The sills of the vehicle being lifted can also be accessed (not often possible with vertain types of scissor lifts or 4 post lifts).
